I feel like I really lucked out with Mac. He is incredibly responsive and helpful, and he just really knows what he's doing. This was my first purchase, and my search ran 5 months with 3 offers. My experience with Mac was consistently positive throughout the whole process. He is knowledgable about a wide range of neighborhoods in Boston. His approach is consultative and not overbearing. I relied on his advice and guidance a lot, but he was careful not to tell me what to do. I highly recommend Mac and have already done so with family & friends and I will definitely work with him again for my next purchase.

Mac recently helped me purchase an amazing condo in downtown Boston. It was one of the BRA deed-restricted units so obviously there was a lot more paperwork and headaches involved, but Mac helped guide me through them. We'd been slowly searching for a condo in downtown Boston but obviously they are very hard to find and very pricey, so this BRA unit was perfect. Mac was very patient throughout our search but when the time came to ramp things up, he got everything together very quickly and efficiently. It was also super convenient to be able to sign all the documents online so I didn't need to make an extra trip into the city. The closing was a long process, but that was more due to the bank and the BRA deed restrictions. All in all, I would absolutely recommend Mac whether you're gradually getting into the market and exploring or want to purchase ASAP.
