Mac was my seller's agent for a Back Bay condo. During all our interactions (meetings, phone calls, and emails), he was always professional and friendly. He was knowledgeable about the selling process and was able to guide me through it given that it was my first time selling a condo. He submitted my condo online and prepared all the necessary information including taking great pictures of my place. Then he showed my property through both open houses and individual appointments to make sure that it got the maximum exposure. My apartment was on the market for only two weeks and was sold! Through out the process, he kept me in the loop and updated me real time. I was very satisfied at the end. It was a great and happy experience working with Mac!

Mac is a family member so it was an obvious choice for me to use him when my mom's home after her passing needed to be sold. It was an emotional time for me and my family but Mac was so understanding and compassionate and helpful. His advice and expertise was invaluable. The open house was very successful and tons of folks viewed the home. House sold that weekend and I'm sure there were lots of questions for him to answer. He was very thoughtful in keeping me involved in the whole process and answered all of my questions promptly and courteously. I would certainly use him again for any real estate needs in the future.
