We highly recommend Mac. He knows the market street by street, he always had useful insights to share about the places that we visited, e.g., whether the asking price is right or what the chances are of the value going up or down in the future. He has an eye for all the small details and was able to give us accurate estimates on how much it would cost to repair or replace something. He is always very responsive by email or text message; he always replies within a few hours or at most a day. Once we found a house that we like, he walked us through all the paperwork and everything was painless. We highly recommend working with him!

Mac recently helped me purchase an amazing condo in downtown Boston. It was one of the BRA deed-restricted units so obviously there was a lot more paperwork and headaches involved, but Mac helped guide me through them. We'd been slowly searching for a condo in downtown Boston but obviously they are very hard to find and very pricey, so this BRA unit was perfect. Mac was very patient throughout our search but when the time came to ramp things up, he got everything together very quickly and efficiently. It was also super convenient to be able to sign all the documents online so I didn't need to make an extra trip into the city. The closing was a long process, but that was more due to the bank and the BRA deed restrictions. All in all, I would absolutely recommend Mac whether you're gradually getting into the market and exploring or want to purchase ASAP.
