Mac recently helped me purchase an amazing condo in downtown Boston. It was one of the BRA deed-restricted units so obviously there was a lot more paperwork and headaches involved, but Mac helped guide me through them. We'd been slowly searching for a condo in downtown Boston but obviously they are very hard to find and very pricey, so this BRA unit was perfect. Mac was very patient throughout our search but when the time came to ramp things up, he got everything together very quickly and efficiently. It was also super convenient to be able to sign all the documents online so I didn't need to make an extra trip into the city. The closing was a long process, but that was more due to the bank and the BRA deed restrictions. All in all, I would absolutely recommend Mac whether you're gradually getting into the market and exploring or want to purchase ASAP.

Mac was my seller's agent for a Back Bay condo. During all our interactions (meetings, phone calls, and emails), he was always professional and friendly. He was knowledgeable about the selling process and was able to guide me through it given that it was my first time selling a condo.
