He knows the market street by street, he always had useful insights to share about the places that we visited, e.g., whether the asking price is right or what the chances are of the value going up or down in the future. He has an eye for all the small details and was able to give us accurate estimates on how much it would cost to repair or replace something. He is always very responsive by email or text message; he always replies within a few hours or at most a day. Once we found a house that we like, he walked us through all the paperwork and everything was painless. We highly recommend working with him!
